视网膜色素变性患者并发黄斑水肿应如何治疗？

Cystoid macular edema is common in retinitis pigmented with reports of 20 to 70 percent prevalence . Fluorescein angiography or OCT independently enhances the discoveries of CME  . People has attempted different treatment modalities, including laser, intravitreous injections of triamcinolone or bevacizumab ( Avastin). The more successful seems to be the classical treatment using systemic acetazolamide.
